Across the East Coast

Growing up on the East Coast, I was exposed very early on to some of the best saltwater fishing that the U.S. has to offer. From the flats of the coveted Florida Keys, to the rough seas off Montauk, NY, I had quite the array of options before me. Thankfully, as I progressed through my teenage years, I embraced the variety that was put before me, and tried my best to attain not only an understanding of fishing, but of the fish themselves, and their ecosystem as well.

My love for fishing has only grown thus far. With every passing season, I find myself further absorbed in my passion. Whether it be tending to my ever-growing collection of gear, or putting together tide and weather patterns to follow the migrations of these fish, I can wholeheartedly say I enjoy every single aspect of the sport.

One of the most interesting parts about fishing is the social aspect of it. Fishing is often considered one of the more anti-social sports. People think of standing on a slippery rock in the Northeast solo at 3am in the morning, desperately hoping nobody else has decided to fish that rock at the same time. In reality, there is a dense connection between fishermen. Whether it be teaming up with fellow anglers to target the larger species of pelagics, or exchanging information between friends, every fisherman has their own way of socializing the sport, and gaining even more knowledge and intel. This plugs into one of the purposes of the very page you are reading. I enjoy speaking to fellow anglers very much, as I believe that talking, and exchanging knowledge is a large part of fishing.

I appreciate you reading thus far, and would thoroughly enjoy any questions or inquiries that any reader may pose. Please contact me by the email address mentioned below.
